We take a proactive approach to user privacy and ensure the necessary steps are taken to protect the privacy of its users throughout their visiting experience.

We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes and only permit them to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.

If you are already an existing client, we will only contact you electronically about things similar to those products or services previously purchased by you.

If you are a new client, you will only be contacted if you agree to it.

We may keep a record of those links which are used the most to enable us to provide the most helpful information, but we agree to keep such information confidential and you will not be identified from this information.

How do We use Your data?

Our data is largely collected because it is in our legitimate interests to do so. We will only process your personal data if at least one of the following basis applies:

We will not, however, send you any unsolicited marketing or spam and will take all reasonable steps to ensure that we fully protect your rights and comply with our obligations under the GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003, as amended in 2004, 2011 and 2015.

Marketing

Where you opt out of receiving these marketing messages, this will not apply to personal data provided to us as a result of an order which still needs to be fulfilled.

How do we store your data and security?

We only keep your data for as long as we need to in order to use it, and/or for as long as we have your permission to keep it.  In any event, we will conduct an annual review to ascertain whether we need to keep your data but usually we will keep personal data for as long as is necessary which is usually the life of our relationship and up to a period of six years after our relationship have ended. We may however be required to retain personal data for a longer period of time to ensure we comply with our legislative and regulatory requirements. 

We may transfer your collected data to storage outside the European Economic Area (EEA). It may be processed outside the EEA to fulfil your reservation and to receive our Services and deal with payment. If we do store or transfer data outside the EEA, we will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your data is treated as safely and securely as it would be within the EEA and under the GDPR. Such steps may include, but not be limited to, the use of legally binding contractual terms between us and any third parties we engage with and the use of the EU-approved Model Contractual Arrangements. Data security is of great importance to us, and to protect your data we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure data collected through our Website. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know. They will only process your personal data on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.

We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.
